Five Day Weight Loss Program

“This program is for all levels and ages. It also works well for sedentary or persons looking to get moving. I have had people so unfit they can barely move. So no excuses as we can make it happen safely and effectively. The program can be done in groups or individuals. For groups there will be extra cost on food and for massage work. The program is about life long change so forget about the past and any set backs or diets that may not have worked for you as we will be moving forward in a focused, intelligent way. I would like to see recent blood work and medical papers. Accommodation would be extra and vary according to a person’s budget. For people living on the island this is not an issue. The programs are tailor made but could look like this:

Day 1
5:30: breakfast oatmeal & berries
6am: Begin hike starting from various locations on the French St Martin depending on person’s condition level. Duration of hike is about 1 to 4 hours. This is a great time to get to know each other and work on life style change and improvements while taking in great in views of St Martin that many people never see. Heart rate monitor is used to keep person at comfortable level. Pace is slow but constant.
9.30am: Breakfast- Poached Eggs, sprouted wheat bread toast, fresh juice
10.30am: 2 hour Thai Massage – To rejuvenate the body – High light of Day for most!
1pm Lunch fresh fish – Salad
2.30pm Gym – Resistance training – work on core strength & tone muscles
4pm Swimming – Feels great on the body.
5.30pm Dinner Chicken & Vegetables
7pm Depending on energy but sometimes Salsa lesson

Day2
5.30am: Light breakfast oatmeal & berries
6am Bike ride. Staying in flat quiet safe areas learning to master the bike and build confidence. Bike ride is from 1 to 4 hours. This makes you feel like a child again feeling the breeze and having fun.
9.30am Breakfast- Choice
10.30am 2 hour Thai Massage –
1pm Lunch –Choice
2.30pm Gym
4pm Swimming
5.30pm Dinner Choice
7pm Meditation

Day3
5.30am Breakfast – Choice – feeling better less tension in body
6am: Kayak with Gary as sun is rising in Simpson bay lagoon going into the blue ocean heading to Mullet bay. Swim and relax in Mullet Bay then paddle back through Simpson Bay lagoon. No fear as you share the Kayak with Gary.
9.30am Breakfast- Choice
10.30am 2 hour Thai Massage
1pm Lunch
2.30pm Gym
4pm Swimming
5.30pm Dinner

Day4
5.30am Breakfast – Knowing you can do this & feeling confident
6am Hike – feeling stronger so starting to climb hills and challenging yourself more. Starting to know you want to live the fitness lifestyle and enjoy more vitality.
9.30am Breakfast- Choice
10.30am 2 Hour Thai massage – Seeing positive changes in your body’s range of motion.
1pm Lunch
2.30pm Gym – Starting to feel good in the gym and knowing you can do it and enjoy it!
4pm Swimming – Starting to like the way you move in the water with less effort.
5.30pm Dinner.
7pm Candle light meditation – Feeling deep relaxation and less mind chatter!

Day5
5.30am – Waking up with less effort and more energy – Breakfast
6am – Hike/bike/swim – Can’t believe you just finished a triathlon and still feel so good !
9.30am Breakfast – Choice
10.30am 2 hour Thai Massage – Feel wonderful but sad as you know this is the last massage!
1pm Lunch
2.30pm Gym- Feeling great! See how your muscles are feeling and clothes are fitting!
5.30pm Go out to dinner and make great choices that make you feel in control in restaurants

“You learned so much, now continue with new goals with online coaching from Gary. Check in each Monday with new body weight check-ins until desired weight goal is achieved.
