Kayaking for Exercise
A fun safe sport that develops core strength and upper body conditioning.  We teach you the right technique which is the key to efficient paddling, not overall strength. We kayak in Simpson Bay Lagoon or wherever the water is calm.  Kayaking in the ocean is also available for more experienced paddlers.  Double kayaks are used so you won't be left to go it alone. Kayaking is also a great way to see St. Martin from the water. Surf shirt, cap, and gloves are recommended for protection from the sun.
